Kuljit Singh Ghalan - Partner/ Solicitor/ CLC Licence holder

Kuljit is a qualified solicitor having been admitted to the roll in 2004 and is also the CLC Licence holder. He has over 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial property dealing with all manner of conveyancing transactions and lease-extensions.

His commercial experience is extensive ranging from the sale and purchase of shops, business parks, factories and warehouses to camping sites.

Having worked in the city within London and outside of London he has a broad level of experience. His aim is to provide the highest level of service to his clients and complete on matters as quickly as possible, as a result almost all his clients are recommendations by other clients or his property sector contacts.

He keeps in continuous contact with his clients throughout the transaction and is always contactable via e-mail or telephone no matter how often you wish to contact him.

Anna Wong -Partner/ Practice Manager/ Head of Finance and Administration

Anna has been a long standing member of the LDN Conveyancing Ltd team and provides a vital management role, responsible for the seamless daily running of the practice.

She started her career at LDN Conveyancing Ltd in 2009, in 2013 her role changed to that of Practice Manager dealing with varies aspects of the business, in particular maintaining compliance with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers high standards and the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional client care. Anna is also the firms CLC approved Head of Finance and Administration and is responsible for all aspects of financial management from preparing financial reports to managing the firm’s bank accounts and much more.

She studied Graphic Design in Leicester before turning her attention to Law and is currently studying for a Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice.

Rangan Balakumar - Partner/ Conveyancer

Rangan has worked in Residential Property for more than 15 years and has undertaken various aspects of property related work including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equities, new leases, Lease extensions, new developments, plot sales, Help to Buy and ISA’s.
He has represented an array of clients over the years from individuals buying their first home to offshore and limited companies on their portfolios and continues to maintain a high level of professionalism and excellence in the service he provides, no matter who he acts for. He takes a lot of pride in his work and always strive to meet clients’ expectations as he appreciates how stressful conveyancing can be with unexpected turn of events often arising.

He tries to take a pragmatic and logical approach to issues which may arise during transactions and offer solutions working closely with his clients. He ensures that all clients are kept fully informed about transactions providing them with clear concise information every step of the way making the whole process that much more transparent and easier for them.
He is  conscientious and able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of work and this has led to repeat business from numerous clients with introductions to their friends and families, estate agents, brokers, solicitors and other external stakeholders.
