Raising queries or concerns with us
If you have any queries, concerns or suggestions for improvements about any aspect of the service you have received we want to know about it so that we can put things right. Please inform your caseworker. If that does not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, or if you would prefer not to speak to your caseworker, please ask to speak to Ms Anna Wong (Director).
We also have a written complaints procedure, which is available on written request.

The Legal Ombudsman, under the Legal Services Act 2007, has formal powers to resolve service related complaints about lawyers.
If you make a valid claim against us for a loss arising out of work for which we are legally responsible, and we are unable to meet our liability in full, you may be entitled to claim from the Compensation Fund administered by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (from whom details can be obtained).
